On July 2, 2011 at about 10pm, while visiting Chicago during the holiday, I was pulled over; my truck illegally searched and I was arrested for lawfully carrying a weapon. The four officers conspired and included a fifth officer, who was not at the scene, to testify under oath that he witnessed me illegally carrying a weapon in my vehicle. I told them I had a permit to carry in another state and they ignored me. I asked them if they took an oath of office and the constitution, they admitted they did but yet violated that oath and my rights they swore to protect and continued to arrest me. My property was confiscated and I was jailed for 91 days. I am currently fighting this case before Judge Neil Linehan, who is obviously trying to prohibit from speaking and is ignoring his oath of office to protect and defend the constitution of USA and my 2nd amendment right, otherwise he would have dismissed my case a long time ago. But (he) rather aid and abate in a crime with the City of Chicago, the State of Illinois, the Illinois State prosecutor and the USA government, against me for profit. They have already made 3k from my bond, 91 days in jail @ approx. $1000 a day and my vehicle which was auctioned off for profit.

He did not protect my rights and did not protect my property. He absolutely works for the “Corporate” City of Chicago to make money off the people and more astonishing the Negro People.

During my plight of preparing for my legal fight, I come to find out a larger  and on-going crime in all this. That crime is the hidden truth about Nigritia, of who and what I am. I belong to a SEPARATE, SOVERIENG, NATION and a prisoner of war within the united States of America and it’s corporate variation. I come to find I am a Nigritian; I belong to a wholly separate and equal jurisdiction than the USA. This information has been hidden from the public education circles to further the enslavement of the Negro people for profit, for 500 years!!  I can say all of this cause I know it to be true and if you follow the references in my notice you will see it to be true as well. I come to find out that not only does the court  does not have any jurisdiction over me, but also that the only reason for me to have a lawyer is to participate in their scheme legally to cause me harm. I can loose 9 years of my life for just for be proactive of protecting it and my families (life),, how absurd.

This notice and any other email, web-site, printed campaigns or any other vehicle I use is to address those who threaten my freedom and to notify all People of the truth of the evil within this government US of A.

I intend to follow the instructions of the forefathers of the USA Constitution & Declaration of Independence, wherein states, “We hold these truths to be self-evident, that all men are created equal, that they are endowed by their Creator with certain unalienable Rights, that among these are Life, Liberty and the pursuit of Happiness. — That to secure these rights, Governments are instituted among Men, deriving their just powers from the consent of the governed, — That whenever any Form of Government becomes destructive of these ends, it is the Right of the People to alter or to abolish it, and to institute new Government, laying its foundation on such principles and organizing its powers in such form, as to them shall seem most likely to effect their Safety and Happiness. Prudence, indeed, will dictate that Governments long established should not be changed for light and transient causes; and accordingly all experience hath shewn that mankind are more disposed to suffer, while evils are sufferable than to right themselves by abolishing the forms to which they are accustomed. But when a long train of abuses and usurpations, pursuing invariably the same Object evinces a design to reduce them under absolute Despotism, it is their right, it is their duty, to throw off such Government, and to provide new Guards for their future security.”

I expect my captors and their co-conspirators to silence me. Either by enslavement in their jails or death like those before me. Their only survival depends on me and the people inaction to their treasonous laws they put in place.

That inaction may cause my children and your children to fall victim to these evil men and womenAND the destructive environments they create. I refuse to live another day inactive and jeopardizing my children’s freedom my creator provided for them.  So I take this opportunity to tell my fellow reader. You have all the power in one. One can make a difference and cause waves of change. You can, like I have for myself, decide not to participate in contradicting laws and double standards they enforce upon us.

The judges, officers, president, in my case, who took an oath of office to protect and defend the constitution and the bill of rights, do not want to honor them; they are no longer honorable to you and the system they serve. I am no longer consider myself part of this union. And they are committing treason and war against me covertly. I have every right given by my creator to separate myself from my oppressors by peaceful means or other. And since the land of my nation, Nigritia, has been divided many years ago among thieves and no longer recognized on modern maps,,

I carry my nation with me, hence my birthright with me within America. My home now, while preserving my sovereign nation being. I pledge no allegiance to a country with thieves and liars in the capitol and brutes and robots in the court houses and the city streets to enforce their evil tyranny. My creator created me to be free; I serve only under his jurisdiction and laws.

Please pass this info to every treasonous official you can think of. Let them know you have had enough of their lies and misleadership. Organize your churches, schools, family, and community about encircling this prudent information.
