Biography

Taught ESL at City College of San Francisco for 33 years.
Now retired, I'm writing a memoir. In between words, I practice yoga, walk the hills of SF, dance Argentine tango and volunteer in a Spanish bilingual kindergarten class where I read "The Red Balloon," "Abuela" and other delightful stories to an avid listening audience of 4~5 year olds. I feel great joy skipping along the seashore with my grandson as he collects sea shells and wants to know what makes the fog roll in and why rainbows decorate the sky.
