Biography

I married in l964 ,lived in Boston and taught school there. My husband went to Northwestern Law so moved back to Hyde Park and taught English at Thornridge High School . Then started family moved to Evanston. I went to graduate school at Northwestern in Theatre and Performance Art. I taught at Northeastern University and taught at the Piven Theatre Workshop .Then received masters in social work and went into private practice. I still live in Evanston. Our daughter is a doctor and lives with her husband who is also a doctor and two sons in Evanston. Our son lives with his wife and son in Nairobi and works for the New York Times covering East Africa. We are now planning our sixth trip to Africa.
