Basic skills and sports assessment should be a requirement at the end of each class.

Students should have Physical Education every day which will result in competence in at least one team sport and two individual sports by the time they graduate.  Those who have the skills and the desire for competition should have the opportunity to participate.

Students with disabilities should also have the opportunity to take classes and to

compete.  They should not be separated because of disability.  Teachers must have the

knowledge to address the needs of disabled students not only in physical activity, but in

other classes as well.  Overall fitness is the goal for each student according to his/her

ability.
